utorrent (µTorrent ) is a free and popular torrent client, featuring bandwidth prioritization, scheduling, RSS auto-downloading and Mainline DHT (compatible with BitComet).

Additionally, uTorrent supports the Protocol Encryption joint specification (compatible with Azureus 2.4.0.0 and above, BitComet 0.63 and above) and peer exchange.

uTorrent is light, opens in a second, it is easily configured and does its job. However, in some versions, increases the heat in the computer – demanding more cpu power without any obvious reason.

If you find that your media player(s) have become weird and refuse to play well, and you happen to use uTorrent, try another client, such as BitTorrent and see if your problems are solved.
