ResizeEnable is a free and small Windows utility that will sit in the system tray and try to make resizeable windows that can’t usually be resized.

Poorly designed applications in some screen resolutions may have buttons and/or text hidden beyond the borders of a window that can not be resized.

This is the main problem where Resize Enable will help a lot.
