NetBalancer is a free internet traffic control and monitoring tool.

You can use it to set download/upload transfer rate priorities for any application and to monitor their internet traffic.

Applications with a higher network priority will gain more bandwidth than those with a lower one.

The main difference between NetBalancer and other traffic shaping software is that NetBalancer works with priorities, so applications with low priority won’t be limited if other high priority applications don’t use the network.

This means that you won’t have to manually make settings e.g. to emule or your torrent downloader each and everytime you need to give more bandwidth to your browser.
