PhotoJoy is a free utility that will transform your photos into desktop widgets (“phototoys”), 3D screensavers and dekstop wallpaper collages.

You can also use photos from your Flickr account.

Photojoy works without effects on system performance, and it is fun. You can give it a try, and if you don’t like it, just uninstall it.

Some aspects need improvement (e.g. phototoys are rather small, they could be larger than this), but I guess in the course of time things will get even better.
